Title IX

What is Title IX?
Title IX is a Federal Civil Right Statute that states: No person in the United States shall, on basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.

The U.S. Department of Education requires school districts to share Title IX training materials used by the District, which are aligned to the board policies listed on this site:
