Superintendent's Contract

In accordance with PA School Code, Act 14 of 1949, Section 1073.1, b.1, “The board of school directors shall post the mutually agreed to performance criteria of the school district superintendent on the school district's publicly accessible Internet website.

Therefore, on October 8, 2021, the Carlynton School District Board of Directors confirmed that Dr. John W. Kreider received Proficient rating for the 2020-2021 school year.  The evaluation process used criteria to assess the performance of the Superintendent of Schools, including but not limited to:
