If your child will be five years old on or before August 15, 2024, it's time to register for kindergarten!
Kindergarten registration opens on February 5, 2024. We are asking that parents/guardians register their child by May 1, 2024, to ensure families receive all kindergarten communications. (*Please note: due to capacity students may be assigned to another elementary school in the Carlynton School District where class sizes are more conducive to learning and engagement.)
What’s needed? The Kindergarten Enrollment packet is available on the Carlynton website or picked up at any of our district buildings, completed by parent/guardian, and submitted via email to Kimberly Cail.
Required Supporting Documentation:
- Child’s Proof of Age: Copy of Birth Certificate/Passport/Baptismal
- Child’s Proof of Immunization: Physician’s office immunization records (PA Immunization Requirements)
- Two Proofs of Residency
- A deed, lease, or tax bill
- A utility bill, current vehicle registration, current PA driver’s license
All residency proof must be dated within 30 days of application. Expired documents will not be accepted.
