Kindergarten registration will be held in March for children who are or will be five (5) years-old on or before August 15, 2021.
To register a new kindergarten student, please use the link to access the ENROLLMENT PACKET. After completing the forms, please email them (and the additional required forms listed below) to the District Registrar, Ms. Jennifer O'Lexa, at [email protected] OR bring them to registration on one of the following dates and locations between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm:

Also required when registering a child: Birth certificate or identification card, immunization records, a copy of the child's most recent blood lead level testing results, two proofs of the parent's residency (driver's license, utility bills, tax statements, automobile registration, checks stubs from wages, public assistance or social security indicating the current address); mortgage or lease agreements can be used as temporary proofs of residence, but another proof must be presented within 30 days.

Children who will be five (5) years-of-age on or before August 15, 2021 are eligible for kindergarten enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year. Consequently, the child's date of birth must be on or before August 15, 2016.
