
The Carlynton School District Board of Education has adopted Board Docs, a board management solution to provide our school community with better and quicker access to board agendas and minutes. Board Docs is a cloud-based technology system designed to improve the board’s governance processes while saving taxpayer dollars. The easy-to-use service will allow the District to maximize the effectiveness of their board meetings with increased transparency.
Beginning with the December 3, 2019 school board meeting, Board Docs will be used to provide electronic access to meeting agendas, board minutes and supporting documentation. Viewers will be able to read the agendas and minutes with a click of the button.
Board Docs can be found by visiting the district website at carlynton.k12.pa.us and clicking on the “SCHOOL BOARD” tab located in the yellow bar near the top of the web page. From SCHOOL BOARD, scroll down and click on the “MEETING AGENDA” or “BOARD DOCS and POLICY” tabs to find the link to Board Docs. Current and past agendas, as well as minutes, will be available for review or print.
In addition, school board policy can also be accessed by way of the Board Docs system. All active policies can be found by clicking on the “POLICIES” tab in the upper right hand corner and selecting the policies available from the gray bars on the left.
