2.       I move to approve the list of conference and field trip requests as submitted. (Miscellaneous Item #1206-1)

3.       I move to approve the 2007-2008 Program of Studies for grades 9-12 as presented. (Curriculum Item #1206-1)

 

4.       I move to approve the 2007-2008 seventh and eighth grade course descriptions as presented. (Curriculum Item #1206-2)



·         Finance

5.       I move to approve and adopt Resolution #416-06 which authorizes continuation of membership in the Joint Purchasing Board for the 2007-2008 school year along with the Allegheny Intermediate Unit and other local school districts, and is thereby empowered to make bulk purchases
of selected items for use by the school district. It is further recommended that the appropriate Carlynton School District official(s) be authorized to sign the Joint Purchasing Agreement and that Kirby Christy be named the Carlynton School District representative to the purchasing board and Dr. Michael Panza be named as the alternate. (Finance Item #1206-1)

 

6.       I move to approve the Carnegie Wage Tax Audit Report as presented for the year 2005. (Finance Item #1206-2)

 

7.       I move to approve the December 2006 Crafton Real Estate Tax Refunds as submitted. (Finance Item #1206-3)

 

 

·   Personnel

 

8.       I move to approve the additions and deletions to the Athletic Supplemental Contracts for the 2006-2007 school year as recommended by the administrative staff and to post for open positions as needed. (Personnel Item #1206-1)

 

9.       I move to approve the addition to the Curriculum Coordinator Supplemental Contract List as presented.  (Personnel Item #1206-2)

 

10.   I move to approve the request of Shirley Krasousky for a family medical leave of absence as submitted, effective November 27, 2006 through January 2, 2007. (Personnel Item #1206-3)

 

11.   I move to approve ____________ for the position of General Cafeteria Worker in the Carlynton Junior-Senior High School, effective ________, 2007, with salary consistent with the collective bargaining unit agreement. (Personnel Item #1206-4) TBP
